  How do infants, toddlers and preschoolers access special education services? What kinds of services can they get? How can I help families through the process? In this two-part training, Eileen Crumm, a special education advocate, and Martha Schultz, North Region SELPA director, will introduce participants to the basics of early intervention and preschool services under the IDEA, as well as discuss some advanced topics in preschool special education services, such as pre-eligibility services, itinerant speech and language services, and 504 eligibility.REGISTRANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND BOTH PART 1 AND 2. **6 CEUs available for RNs, LMFTs, LCSWs, LEPs, LPCC.
